Description: Web page of songwriter Fred Moolten whose albums - an eclectic mix of folk, blues, country, with occasional pop and jazz - have been widely acclaimed. "The Way We Are" (2000) has been heralded as "irresistible", "a must have", "an intriguing exercise in making music that is uniquely American in style and scope", while the five tracks of the recently released "Moonlit River" (2004) have been hailed as "original, poetic, and touching; happy or sorrowful, they have a certain poignancy which makes them memorable".
